Job Summary
The College of Computing & Informatics (CCI) seeks a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council Program Coordinator to support CCI’s Diversity Officer and the College’s DEI Council.
Essential Functions
- Research about diversity topics or potential Council partners
- Coordination of communications on behalf of the Council
- Assistance with event planning and programming
- Support for the launch of University initiatives (anti-racism task force)
- Outreach to University connections and student groups
- Facilitation of administrative functions related to the monthly meetings of the Council and the working groups
- Assistance with communications-related tasks such as presentations, graphics, web site updates as well as newsletter and educational one sheet preparation/dissemination.

Additional Information
The DEI Program Coordinator is temporary, non-exempt hourly paid position that will be paid bi-weekly, and does not qualify for benefits. The Program Coordinator will work up to 20 hours per week and will be compensated $15 per hour.
