Job Summary

Under the general direction of the Assistant Director for Operations, the Operations and Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of student records including TPAR setting and changes, student record audits for round reporting. This position is also responsible for the maintenance of the co-op calendar and University Calendar operations. In addition, the position compiles data for annual reports, fact sheets, and various data requests for internal and external constituents.  

Essential Functions

  • Audit and generate reports for cycle and round data for jobs, applications, interviews and placements. This includes being responsible for notifying Co-op Team Leads and co-op advisors of irregularities and issues that may need follow-up.
  • Monitor student co-op records via the SCDCOps RN queue. Sending and receiving changes via SCDC TPAR mailbox, updating co-op cycles, and collaborate with Steinbright staff to resolve student record issues.
  • Manage daily BannerJob Output data. Receiving job output and monitoring the students records via SCDC Ops mailbox, updating co-op cycles, and collaborate with Steinbright staff to resolve student record issues.
  • Serve as support contact and direct concerns to the appropriate department for Steinbright systems and database functions in Banner, DrexelOne, OAS, TimeTrade, etc.
  • Process ad-hoc data requests from external Drexel departments and Steinbright employer partners.
  • Prepare, review, and audit reports and manage communications for the department.
  • Assist with assessing and analyzing Steinbright processes and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience. (Please review the Equivalency Chart for additional information).
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant professional work experience.
  • High level proficiency with MS Office.
  • Intermediate to advance level Excel experience.
  • Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technical skills.
  • Ability to generate and analyze reports from database systems.
  • Ability to accurately track details and handle multiple assignments simultaneously in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact effectively with multiple departments within the university. Proven ability to take initiative and work both independently and in a team.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and judgment with sensitive and confidential matters.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Banner and OAS or similar systems preferred.

Additional Information
This position is classified as Exempt, grade J. Compensation for this grade ranges from $ 52,360.00 to $ 78,530.00 per year. Please note that the offered rate for this position will vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
