Job Summary

The Corporate and Executive Education team at Drexel’s LeBow College of Business creates dynamic, industry-aligned customized programming and executive-level degree programs that engages our network of students, alumni, participants, and partners. The Program Manager will play a significant role in the success of the team, managing the organization, operations, and client relationship for assigned programs. This position requires strong time management, dynamic organizational and communication skills, as well as excellent customer service. This role will also work with the Senior Director and Executive Director on initiatives as needed.

This is a full-time position. This role requires a minimum of three days a week on campus. The tasks and responsibilities of this position may require occasional evening and/or weekend hours, such as during program residencies or dedicated events. A valid driver’s license and access to a car is highly encouraged.  The ability to occasionally work in the LeBow Malvern Office for programs running out of that office is also a requirement.

Essential Functions

  • Program Administration:
    • Serve as Manager for a varied portfolio of corporate executive education customized programs and events.
    • Manage program and event schedules, program planning, online components, work with University AP/EPAF systems, and follow-up for assigned initiatives offered through Corporate and Executive Education.
    • Engage assigned learning team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of assessments, materials, marketing, and communication plans for optimal participant experience
  • Manage Exec Ed University City (UC) and/or Malvern Campus Residencies and Events :
    • Collaborate with Senior Director and faculty leads on the design of new residencies or executive events.
    • Manage University City and/or Malvern residency coordination including catering, room reservations, hotel accommodations, and parking for on-campus programs.
    • Serve as the point of contact for students, participants, faculty, and other constituents during weekend on-campus programming, to ensure appropriate operational service level.
  • Department Initiatives and Resource Management:
    • Reconcile credit card charges and expenditures to appropriate accounts, maintain receipts, obtain appropriate signatures, and process monthly purchasing card reports.
    • Primary point of contact for management and maintenance of the Krall Center for Corporate and Executive Education as an outstanding professional executive education center. Includes, but is not limited to: Greeting visitors and guests to the Executive Education suite.
    • Manage executive education department, materials, supplies, and branded items.
    • Manage materials needed for overseen programs for all departmental meetings.
    • Facilitate faculty contracts/payments for assigned programs.
    • Work on assigned Executive Education programs and other duties as assigned.
    • Assist with interview process for applicants to executive degree programs.
    • Support Director of Recruitment with information sessions, reporting, and follow-up activities.
    • Assist Program Directors during alumni events and Board meetings.
    • Support other Corporate and Executive Education initiatives and events as assigned/requested.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • 3-5 years of high-level customer support in a service organization
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends in support of program delivery.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products; ability to learn new software systems.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships with various campus partners as well as maintain a positive attitude.

Additional Information

This position is classified as Exempt, grade J. Compensation for this grade ranges from $47,490 - $71,230 per year. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
