The University reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. In the event that a section or course is cancelled for any reason prior to the first class session, your appointment to teach that section will be rescinded. If the course cancellation occurs less than seven calendar days prior to the first class session, and if the University is unable to offer you reassignment to a comparable class, the University shall compensate you $250 with the exception of those graduate courses that constitute thesis supervision.
