Job Summary

The PSARC Program Coordinator will be responsible for business management of PSARC and collaboration with the Clinical Director for ongoing care and infrastructural focus of the SANE team.

Essential Functions

  • Assist Clinical Director with staff recruitment and advertising/outreach for hiring opportunities, individually maintaining billing practice in compliance with the Pennsylvania Coalition on Crimes & Delinquency (PCCD) and their Forensic Rape Examination claim process in junction with Drexel CNHP finance team as indicated.
  • Maintain a working relationship with the Philadelphia hospitals and clinical entities and maintenance of their ongoing contracts as service providers to their institutions on an annual basis.
  • Schedule and hosting outreach opportunities to the public and collaborating entities, maintaining a working relationship with collaborating entities including law enforcement and advocacy organizations.
  • Oversee management of supplies and connections with building maintenance services as indicated, coordinate delivery of protocol/policy updates to SANE team and collaborating entities.
  • Partner with Clinical Director on research and actively engaging in grant and research opportunities, maintain relationships with donors and grant teams on a routine basis.
  • Coordinate case review meetings with SANE team and collaborating entities.
  • Engage in public relations and social media management
  • Maintain service agreement plans for IT and equipment needs, language interpretation and other accessibility services.
  • Develop and maintain recordkeeping practice in ordinance with applicable standards in junction with Drexel’s legal team for ongoing road mapping of subpoenas and trial systems.
  • Manage of coordinating SANE schedule with dispatch system, essential nursing credentialing skills and employee record keeping for ongoing training and staff support needs.
  • Participate in state and local meetings regarding current practice and training standards in SANE.
  • Develop quarterly and annual reports to be delivered to SANE team and collaborating entities
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant, Medicine, or other related field or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Current licensure in a relevant health science related field (RN, NP, PA, MD, DO, etc) or healthcare administration
  • Proficiency in legal standards of mandatory reporting, healthcare information sharing standards, and sexual assault testing and evidence collection standards.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, Sharepoint, and other Microsoft Office 265 skills.
  • Effective organizational skills, including prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Trauma-informed and patient-centered mentality to collaborative goals with Clinical Director and SANE team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively on technical and non-technical issues, including in-person, online, and email scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in healthcare leadership preferred.
  • Ability to create and edit multimedia or interactive training materials using Camtasia, Photoshop, or comparable tools for creating effective outreach and educational materials at current practice standard of accreditation.
  • Familiarity with DAVE system must be willing to learn the DAVE billing interface and business practices with PCCD.
  • Experience in healthcare-related research and data collection.

This position is classified as non-exempt, grade I. Compensation for this grade ranges from $19.69 - $29.54. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
