Job Summary

Provide administrative support for the Associate Dean, Regional Campus as well as the Senior Associate Dean of Students Affairs Tower Health campus College of Medicine

Essential Functions

  • Provide administrative support for the Associate Dean, Regional Campus at Tower Health campus College of Medicine, maintaining task assignments and meeting deadlines; performing as a team player in projects to meet set goals
  • Maintaining calendar for the Associate Dean, Regional Campus at Tower including scheduling meetings and sending out Zoom video conference calling for meetings as directed
  • Maintain confidentiality of all matters related to faculty, staff and Students
  • Obtaining and providing relevant information for scheduled appointments, including travel arrangements when needed, document preparation, letter writing, coordinating the preparation of meetings and events when needed
  • Meet and greet visitors, direct inquiries to appropriate personnel, schedule, attend, and take minutes for assigned committee meetings, and provide support in assigned project-based work.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty and staff to the WR Office of Student Affairs, serving as a liaison to appropriate Student Affairs functions and/or staff, and to schedule meetings with the Senior Associate Dean of Students Affairs as needed ­
  • Student promotions and appeals meetings ­ Time sensitive student matters ­ Filing student notes and relevant documents in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Schedule one-on one meetings for students with the Senior Associate Dean for Student Affairs
  • Proctor exams when needed
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree 
  • Minimum of Three to five years of experience in administrative support required
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (among others); able to create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and manage email efficiently.

Additional Information

This is a Full-Time temporary position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
