Job Summary
The primary role of the Residential Desk Coordinator is to serve in an administrative support role to the Assistant Director(s) of Desk Operations. This position is also responsible to monitor access to the Residence Halls, provide quality customer service to individuals who live in the residence halls on campus and provide administrative and clerical support to the Assistant Director/Resident Director (AD/RD) of the hall in which they work.
Essential Functions
- Provide administrative support management
- Assist with training and selection
- Collaborate with Public Safety
- Maintain safety and security
- Provide customer service
- Assist with scheduling and payroll
- Supervise student employees
- Adhere to student conduct & community standards
- Oversee housing operations & facilities
- Attend required staff meetings and trainings
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Center City – Philadelphia, PA

This position is a Union position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is dependent upon internal equity and the successful candidate’s competencies, education, and experience.
