Job Summary

Teaching Assistant for Microanatomy course will provide course support to program directors. 

Essential Functions

• Directing discussion sections, labs, or review activities under Program Directors guidance.
• Reviewing core concepts with students.
• Setting up learning materials, equipment, and organizing the room before lessons.
• Marking assignments, quizzes, and exams based on the instructor's rubric.
• Tracking daily attendance and calculating grades.
• Relaying student progress updates between teachers and administrative staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master's Degree and 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of microanatomy
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills

Additional Information

This is a Part-Time temporary position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
