Job Summary
Assisting the PI with writing, editing and reviewing research grants, scientific papers and compliance protocols;
Reviewing, updating and compiling new technical/experimental protocols;
Ordering animals, monitoring their arrival and housing in the animal facility;
Ordering supplies, interfacing with vendors, maintaining accurate database of offers, quotes and invoices;
Contacting collaborators and planning in-person and virtual meetings.
This position is grant-funded; employment is contingent upon the continued availability of those funds.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a PhD or Doctorate in Science.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience

This is a Part-Time per diem position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
