Job Summary 

The Department of Psychology at Drexel University ( invited applications for a full-time Teaching Faculty member to teach undergraduate and graduate level psychology courses with a specific focus on clinical neuroscience/neuropsychology and cognitive psychology. We are seeking doctoral level individuals who are dedicated to teaching and who adhere to a scientific approach to the study of psychology. The instructor must be qualified and willing to teach a variety of courses, but special consideration will be given to those who could teach statistics, research methods, as well as courses in her or his specialty area.

Essential Functions 

12 credits of instruction across Fall, Winter, Spring terms.

Service to the college and department.

Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications 

PhD or Doctorate, Clinical Psychology, Clinical Science, or other closely related field.

Mininum of 1yr of teaching experience in higher education.

Other requirements 

Candidates must hold a doctorate in Psychology or allied discipline by the time of appointment.
Candidate will be required to work in the United States and have work authorization/sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications 

Preference is for candidates with doctoral training in clinical psychology or clinical science. Candidates who can contribute to an overarching department initiative to enhance diversity and our understanding of diversity are particularly encouraged to apply.The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach both in-person and online courses.
